upgrade my thunderbird. i have a 86 t-bird and i am wondering if mustang parts will work on a t-bird
I wanna improve the suspension, i know that all of the engine parts are compatable with a 5.0 gt or lx. i wanna know if i can modify a dual exhaust and upgraded suspension components.

Get turbocoupe springs, sway bars. your car is much heavier than the fox body mustang. upgrade the calipers to 73mm (off crown vics and grand marquis). if you can get the rear off the turbocoupe - go for it, they have great gearing (3.55 for standard, 3.73 for auto) plus they are rear disc. rear calipers are expensive though.. exhaust as per any 5.0.
