I have been working and hoping by now the issue of green cars would have been a house-hold name in africa but a lot of bottlenecks from govt and private companies delay the programme. can you support me in the opening and runninig a great awareness programme that will constantly educate the african people on why we need the green cars before it becomes a scourge like hiv/aids

Green cars? you mean hybrids and high mileage? sounds good but most africans cant afford shoes let alone cars, so what gives?
