If someone goes to a car dealer, to test drive a car, and they get into a crash, who has to pay for car?

If someone test drives a car dealers car, and crashes into someone else, must he pay for the car, and is he liable for the person he crashed into. what would be the law if the dealer, does or dosnt have dealer insurance?

The dealer ship should be the ones to pay. they sould have insurance on there automobiles that cover other drivers. have a great day
