took a test drive in a new car you thinking about buying,?
Could they theoreticaly get a key imprint and transfer the alarm signal to one of those remotes that they sell for transfering signals for one tv remote to another,and then drive your new car around later if you bought it,hypotheticaly?

How would they get the key imprinted, if the sales clerk is with them at all times? i would never buy a car without which the sales clerk is with me for my test drive for this and other reasons, such as accuations brought up later by the dealership. never. and why are you asking, this sounds like youre planning on doing and testing the answer, or you know of someone who has done it and youre testing the answer. either way, you might need a laywer than a confirmation found here...
