When should you pay an out of state tax on a new or leased car.?
Me and my wife are leasing a new 2006 jeep liberty, they charged us an out of state tax of $303.00 we brought the car from the dealership that was registered in the city of philadelphia, we register the car in the city of philadelphia, and the car is insured in the city of philadelphia. so how can they charge us an out of state tax.
