Freedom of religion - car insurance rebates for married people?

I see marriage as something to do with religion, and should not have anything to do with government. my car insurance will give you a break if you are married, because apparently, married people are safer drivers. is this a violation? am i being discriminated due to my lack of a religion? what if my religious beliefs (or lack thereof) dictate that i will never marry someone?
Answer
Right on man. what about us divorced single parents that have full custody of our kidren. does that count for anything?
