What is the cheapest new car including initial purchase price, insurance, gas (assuming $3 a gallon at 20,000 mile a year), maintenance and depreciation for the life of the car (say 10 years)?

From what i have seen while car shopping is the toyota yaris and the chevy aveo are the cheepest cars on the market and have really awesome gas mileage.
