How to repair a small hole in car gas tank?
My brother put a speaker bok in my 95 town car i think that on of the screws he used to secure the speakerbox may have punctured the gas tank, since i now smell gas in the car, i there a simple or easy way to patch the holes without having to raplce the whole tank.

Auto parts stores sell a epoxy that will patch small holes in a gas tank.but if the hole is on the bottom/side of the tank with gas dripping out of it then you have to drain the tank before repairing it.but if the hole is on the top of the tank with no fuel coming out of it then you can patch it without draining the tank.above all follow the directions on the package of the repair epoxy exactly.
