Why is my car battery dying? disconnecting the stereo solved the problem, but i want a car stereo. any ideas?
To clarify my situation, i have
a 1997 oldsmobile eighty-eight, with only around 40,000 miles on it. last winter, the car started dying on a daily basis. e
morning, i had to jump the battery, and it would be fine for the rest of the day, only to die the next morning. i replaced the battery, but the situation was not resolved, so i had an auto shop disconnect the radio, and the situation was resolved.
i have
not had the problem since, but i would
like to put in another stereo, so i am
wondering if anyone knows what the true cause of the problem might be, and how complicated getting it repaired would be. thanks
