Stock speakers sound better?

Than aftermarket speakers. my moms 05 corolla has a nice r system than my 1995 eclipse. hers is all stock. mine has a jensen head unit and pioneer speakers int eh rear and memphis speakers in the front and tweeters. her car has more bass. why.
