Jensen vm9510 car dvd player is having sound problems on cd/dvd mode?
My jensen vm9510 in dash unit is having some issues with the sound on cd/dvd mode. radio mode and tv mode are working great but when i turn to cd/dvd mode the sound coming from the speakers are making a loud hissing and crackling noise. visually, it plays the dvds and cds great but the hissing and crackling are louder than the music from the discs. does anyone know what may be causing this?
