Car Speakers

I have very high grade wiring, nice amps, a nice sub. all of if is installed correctly. i thought the problem was my high output alternator for a while, but then i found the fuse that made the noise go away. is it a short? how can i fix it? is there an easy was to trace a short in a car? help!

Whatever the fuse goes to is indicative of the problem, what does the fuse go to and i can better answer this question?!belkin- fuse panels dont have grounds!
