Car Speakers

Do i have to have a radio with amplifier as well?? i have amplifer buil in my car under the glove box.there are 3 kind of factory radio for that car,can not figure out which one i need.toyota dealership can not help eitherdo not want after market radio,installed one before,it does not look right
