Has somebody used this brand of careseat ?cosco convertible car seat how did you like it and is it a nice seat?

Is it a good carseat for the money? plz tell me your thoughts ..my baby is almost 20lbs at 6 1/2 months old and her feet are hanging out of the infant carseat.
