Car Seats

My dad is test driving this car today and called me to research this. he said he was driving around in the van and the heated seats turned off by themselves. are they supposed to do that? i know mine have to be manually turned off in my car (not a ford). does anyone have this van? do they turn off by themselves?? thanks guys!

Yes they are supposed to turn themself off to prevent burning out the heating element and the seat. your seats are operating properly.
