Car Seats

Ok i have the most getto car on the plantet ,well until we get a new car in a few months. but here is my question , my daughters car seat was on the passengers side in the backseat , i rolled down the window for her today because of the mild heat and when i got back home to roll it up it wouldnt go up, so is it ok to put her on the drivers side? the reason why i am asking this the nurses suggested the day we went home with her to put her on the passenger side. is it illegal for her to be on the drivers side or somthing? i plan to get the window fixed , lol i even tried to do it myself...well by try i tried slamming the door and hiting the door , pulling on the window. the strange thing is it will go down but not up.. if somebody knows anything about that , that would be great!

No, its not illegal, its easier to keep an eye on her, or to reach her in case you would have to. when i had my two children, i was always told that it was safer to put them in the middle of the back seat. it makes since though. if you were in a wreck, they would be the most protected, and away from side glass in the middle, but you could actually put her anywhere, as long as she is in the back seat.
