Car Seats

Is there such a thing as a car booster seat for short adults?

Answer
The seats in most cars ride on two rails that are only attached to the chassis with four bolts (two on each rail). raising the rails would be a simple matter of inserting a spacer block below the rails and using longer bolts to reach through the spacer to the chassis. forward positioning could also be adjusted by moving these rails forward and remounting to the chassis with new bolt holes. of course the old bolt holes would have to be sealed shut to keep out water but that is an easy matter. raising the seat up will lift your feet higher so pedal extensions can be added to each pedal. all this would be much simpler if your car had individual bucket seats as i would assume you would not want to modify both sides... just the drivers side. nice luck!
