Would you make a 5-6 year old kid sit in a car seat/booster seat?
I live in pa. there is a law that says they are to be in a car seat until they are 7! i think that if they can sit in a school bus without a seatbelt, then they can sit in my van without a booster seat. what are your thoughts?

I agree with you, it is age 8 or 80 pounds here in washington state. my kids are 18 and 19 so i never had to deal with that, but i cannot imagine having them in car seats until they were 8 or 80 pounds. i myself never weighed 80 pounds until i was 12 lol,can you see a 12 year old in a car seat lol?
