Car Stereo

A lot of car audio stuff that used to be sold in america cannot be found anywhere but europe. plus (alpine as an example) is using 4 or 5 year old equipment as "new equipment" ie what we had 4 or 5 years ago is their new lineup. somebody notice this? why is this?looking for a serious answer

Because spending more on your car stereo than the car is worth and how ridiculously loud can you get is probably only a american thing.
