Car Stereo

Last year i put a new jensen radio/cdplayer in my car. i had no problems with it but one of my speakers broke. i have no clue what to put in it now. i dont understand the watts or amps or anything like that. my radio puts out 140 watts(i think).what kind of speakers should i buy and should i buy an amp? be reasonible.
