Volvo

I just picked my car up from having my gas tank replaced in my volvo. i was getting a reading that i had a minor leak. i went to fill my gas tank up after picking my car up and my gas gauge will not go higher than just under a half a tank. i am pretty sure i filled it up...how alarmed should i be?

They put the wrong sensor in the tank.
