..i had this rebuilt 10 months ago for $1800, the warranty was 12months or 12k miles. i put 14k miles on it though. what could make this slip? lack of oil? the only other indicator, i know when they rebuilt this last time, my engine mounts seemed more worn and there has been engine vibration over the 10 months..

Start with changing the transmission fluid and filter.
