How do you fix
no extra fins, trim up or down at all speeds over15 mph no weight, stock anodes, but i heard a new flater one is better.

Need to know a little bit more. has the outdrive got a plaining fin attached and if not have you played around with the trim, also look for sacrificial aneodes in wrong place?
