How can i change the oil in my volvo penta 270 stern drive?

Volvo penta aq125a 270 stern drive. the oil check cap came loose and i have water in my oil. is there anything special i should do when i change my oil? what is the best oil/ gear lube to use? how much oil does the stern drive hold?

Rent a suction pump from a marina or some auto parts stores. this will make your life much easier. other than that follow the rules of auto oil changes
