We recently purchased a brand new jetta tdi and starting about a month after the purchase, the bakes squeal. it is been in about 4 times already having them replaced or reassembled. we are curious if it might be something to do with the cold outside or a man ufacture problem. someone else have this problem? any ideas on what it can be?

I work at a vw dealership and i have fixed a few of these car with the same symptoms and the customers have not come back complaining of the problem since.. go back to the dealer and tell them that they need to remove the front rotors and put a non directional finish on them using a 3m brake rotor sanding disc. i assure you that this will fix your problem.
