Volkswagen

My son took his volkswagon jetta to the local dealer and told them he thought there was something wrong with the transmission (he went in to a bit of detail with them). he was called, told they took apart the transmission and nothing was wrong with it, but fixed other things wrong costing 2k. after pickuing up, noticed next day same problem. took it back now they are saying it is the transmission and it will be 4k to repair. any advice someone ?

First you should contact the better business bureau at http://www.bbb.org/ and file a complaintif not satisfied with result from them then i suggest contacting an attorney.
