Car problem?
I have a 2001 volkswagen beetle. driving home the other day the check engine light came on as well as the coolant light. minutes later the car engine started smoking like crazy. like the car may have overheated. i had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. anyone out there know what the problem may be?? how expensive it may be? thx,

Check engine light has to do with emissions, it may be a faulty o2 sensor coolant light came on because coolant may be low due to a leak, that would explain the smoke
