2003 volkswagen gti 1.8t?
On a 2003 volkswagen gti 1.8t it has a turbo on it stock doesnt it? if so then that means you can put a blow off valve right?

Yes you have a turbo. blow off valves are a horrible idea for almost any volkswagen. you will run rich. theres a reason why it comes stock with a diverter valve. the diverter valve recirculates pressurized air back into the airbox when the throttle is closed. the car is tuned to account for this air. if you put on a blow off valve and vent to the atmosphere, you lose all that air and run rich. this leads to all sorts of engine problems. the sound youre going for isnt worth the problems. bottom line, dont do it.
