I cant stand the stock sound of my bike...do i need a whole new exhaust system or can i get new mufflers/straight pipes to slip on to the stock headers. i want the loud sound without spending $600.

You can do either for less than $600 i have an 04 volusia and have the vance hines straight shot cost about $300 for the whole system. you can get slip ones from highway hawk, roadhouse. also check out volusiariders.com great website with over 5000 members with he same bike. sound clips with most types of exhaust on our bikes so you can listen before you buy.
