Removing motorcycle seat?
I have a 1990 suzuki katana 600. i need to access the battery but cant get the seat off. does someone know how to remove the seat.

Usually, the blokeual would tell u how to take the seat off. on some bikes, the seat is held by a screw behind the seat. on other bikes, u push down and push the seat forward at the same time, and the seat pops up to remove.*edit* forgot about the seat lock...guardrail jogged my memory about that. my yamaha had 1. my sportster is held down with a screw
