Suzuki

My brand new 2007 suzuki grand vitara refuses to start in the early mornings and in late nights. the first time i start, i hear a couple of clicking sounds [may be the solenoid?] , then the second or thid attempt, the engine cranks slightly, during the fourth or fifth attempt, it cranks a bit more, then around my 11th or 12th attempt, the engine cranks well and starts jogging. same happens during the late nights as well. the dealer says that this is how it will happen till the engine breaks in. is it true? or does it has some problem? [the suv was bought brand new and had only 10 miles on the odometer]

That sounds pretty crazy to me. i would take it in and demand that they fix what is wrong with it. i have had several brand new vehicles and not one of them had this issue.
