Ive had the same problem . it ended up with me on the inside of the car pushing and shoving the back door and a friend with the keys on the outside off the car trying the lock and pushing n pulling , it k a few mins but eventually came open , we found a packet off sweats had got wedged under the lock when it closed :) i hope this helps .
