Once i get up to about 30mph the automatic gearbox kicks itself out of gear. it goes back in to gear when the speed / revs come back down. why?

The gear box is the thing you use to put the car in four wheel drive, it should be pulled to the rear while driving on the road. if this is going into neutreal.there is a transmission mount loose.ok to rule that out.see if it does the same thing in 4by4. now take off very fast . . pedal to the floor. you should feel the gears change 4 times. tell me what happens tmo
