The bike currently has ngk n8ea plugs in it. motorcycle sounds like it floods itself out when opening up the throttle to fast and fouls plugs. going to clean and ad carbs and replace plugs, anything else that i should do? thanks.

I would also check the air filters and make sure they arent plugged if they are clean or replace them good luck.
