It will kick loose power ,i then take my foot off the gas pedal and its fine for a few minutes then it happens again please help i need to travel for work

1/ when was the last time you had the fuel filters checked or changed it sounds very much like a fuel blockage i recommend you get a basic service done at the least new spark plugs oil and all filters 2/ you could check the qulaity of the fuel did the problem happen not long after you refueled maybe you picked up a bad batch 3/ have kid s been playing near your car playing petrol stations i did it when i was a kid , my dad was cleaning the fuel system for ever after that and lo and behold my little bugger did the same thing to me with my car (karma hey) i had to sell it after he put dolomite into the tank via the fuel cap
