If you mean the on board diagnostic port, e car that i have dealt with had it under the dash on the drivers side (in the us). i dont believe that the scenic is offered here, but it is typically on the drivers side, to the left of the steering column, under the dash. however, i have seen a few cars which placed it on the right side of the column, and even along the center stack, but always out of site.
