If someone knows about a mercedes 500e 1992 model the porsche-merc joint made car..?

I had a 500e some years ago and it is
a very fast and very well made car.
my mechanic hated it because there is
very little room in the engine bay.
the car is good
value if the gearbox and engine are in good
order, only buy if it has a full mercedes benz service history.
