How to open porsche 996 fuel door. where is the release located?

How do you open the porsche 996 fuel door? where is the release located? my father can not figure out where the release is for the gas fuel door and therefore can not fill up the car. can anybody give detailed insturctions of where the release for the fuel door is located and how you go about opening it? many thanks.
Answer
When you lock the car the fuel door locks . so when you open (unlock) the car the fuel door unlocks there is no specific button to unlock the fuel door.
