Porsche

Ok so me and my friend have been arguing eextremely day about which car is better/faster/0-60 test...etc..and he says that a a ford gt could smoke a carrera gt and it a german made car that cost alot ...and i say its the other around..so can i get some advice on which ones faster...and has the better accelaration...and if the porchse is a car that cost to much.?

I am sure the porsche is faster in most ways including track times - but it should be at triple the price. either car is absurdly fast for american roads, but i want to have one of each!
