Would i get a small horse power increse from racing spark plugs and a new distributor cap and rotor and racing plug wires. and would a bigger coil help out? thankscan any one help me ???

In a word, not much. 9 out of 10 times new plugs and wires are needed anyway, on any car, and will give the illusion of some fancy plugs giving more power. the hot coil, on the other hand, can allow wider plug gaps and deliver a larger, higher voltage (read: pressure) spark, with any given plugs. consider a nice hot ignition, such as an m.s.d. 6a or 6al for real spark increase. mods to the dme & klr maps will give even more power, consider speaking with an electronics specialist.
