Is it true that if i keep driving with the wheelbearings messed up that the tire can actually fall off the car,and can you change only 1 wheelbearing in the front or should you change both sides.thanks for your answers

risky to wait too long to repair. the wheel might stay on but it will much cause the wheel to flatten on its side. i have the same car, same problem, got one side fixed on payday, got the other done the next week. i also was doing about 65 when the wheel fell off because of the cv joint.
