I was running along the side of the road, when a silver pontiac threw a waterbottle at my back, they were going about 45 miles a hour. i have previous back problems. i took down their arizona liscence plate number. would i be able to file a complaint, or could the police do any thing about this if i called?

take a gun hunt them down & shoot them. there problem solved
