I know someone that has a 1996 pontiac grand am and it needs a few repairs which are the valve cover gaskets need replacing, theres a pinhole in the tranmission fluid pan. but the exterior and interior of the car are in nice shape. would a $100, be a nice deal for this car?

Yeah, $100 is a nice deal if you are handy with a car.i had a 1993 grand am and it was nothing but problems. i eventually junked it.
