They have nice
performance in the snow particularly the 4wd model. the model comes in either front wheel drive or the better but more expensive 4wd. the outlanders 4wd system is in the lock position, i.e. power is distributed equally in both ends (front &rear). the 4wd system actually is derived from the evolution model which is track tested and proven to be tough. one thing that makes it better in snow driving whether it be front wheel drive or 4wd is the ride height. obviously, they ride higher than the regular sedan so road clearance is way better.
