Yes, but it will not be worth it financially or performance-wise. there will be a lot of costly turbo and exhaust piping, probably custom fabrication, and rearrangement in the engine bay. the best solution is just to get a larger single turbo. a mitsubishi td05-18g would be a nice choice, along with injectors, fuel pump and dynotune. if you are concerned with low rpm spool, get a port and polished super td05-16.
