weird ticking noise? not gas or oil, what could it be? it also needs new timing belt, could that be it?

If ticking only at idle and car not moving then could be a valve lifter. or maybe something simple line a loose piece of plastic etc in engine compt. just need to isolate noise. if only when moving then could be anywhere,
