Mitsubishi

The battery in a 2001 mitsubishi gallant went completely dead. now the stereo will not work and is asking for a code. im told you can get these from the dealer for a charge. im wondering if anyone has the code or knows how to reset this?

Hi the only way to get a code is from the dealership. each radio has its own code. it doesnt cost much .. abut $20 also check all your docs that came with the car.. usually you will find it on the indie back cover of your owners manual.
