no nice answers so far. but i did call ford motor company and explained the problem. there is a recall on these mounts but not to my vehicle. but ford called my local dealer and told them how to get credit for replacing the parts even though the recall was not to my vin number. i guess we will see if they honor it.

That particular part is most likely a dealer only item.
