I do not live over there but maybe you can give them to an art class. they always need newpaper for drawing, painting, paper mache and other things.or you can give them to the local pet shop for the floor of the cages of the pets. they use a lot of news paper.check with some of your neighbors because may be someone has a project pending and needs paper.also check with an art store or a store that sells glass wares. they use newspapers for wrapping.another is check with some of the neighborhoods kids parents, some teachers give projects on cutting out articles and pics and the newspapers come in handy at this.i hope that some of these ideas helped out a bit.
