Mercury

Rebuilt the engine and carb and it sounds nice at idle but when you put it in gear it loses power and dies. also when idling it tends to surge hi/low. timing is correct. any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

Readjust the carb. then check fuel pump preasure. besure your not 180 degrees out on your timing. maybe that can give you a few ideas. good luck
